The Sweven NeerVaan – Peaceful Views, Limited Activities ⭐ ✨ Location & Ambience:The property is located far from the main city of Rishikesh, making it a quiet and secluded place. However, the approach roads are not in very good condition, which makes reaching the property a bit challenging. 🍽️ Food:Food options are limited, but the meals feel homely and freshly prepared, which is a positive. 🚗 Parking:Parking space is very limited (only for about 3–4 vehicles), and the road leading to the parking area is also not well maintained. 👨‍👩‍👧Facilities:There is no open space for children to play, and since the property is far from the city, we mostly stayed indoors. The swimming pool mentioned was not operational, and there were no indoor games available. 👥Staff:Only two people were managing the entire property, but they handled everything quite well and were cooperative. 🌃 Views:The night view of Rishikesh city from the property is beautiful and enjoyable. We stayed for 3 days and felt bored due to the lack of activities. If you are looking for a secluded, quiet stay just to relax and enjoy the view, this place may suit you. Otherwise, it may feel limiting for longer stays.

This place is just wow! If you plan to stay for only a couple of days, be ready to extend — because once you’re here, you won’t want to leave. The food is amazing, the ambiance is calm and peaceful, and it’s a perfect spot to unwind. A special mention to Manish, the host, who makes the experience even more special with his live coffee brewing sessions. He serves some of the best coffee you’ll ever have — no surprise, since he owns his own coffee brand! If you’re looking for a cozy, refreshing, and soulful getaway — The Sweven is the place to be.

The Sweven Neervan is pure joy for anyone wanting a break from the fast paced life, especially in the cities. It's built with so much love, one can feel it right from the moment of setting foot there. Gorgeous views, serene property, gracious hosts spacious, clean, well equipt rooms with the all necessities, great food and helpful staff makes this a perfect getaway place. Given the terrain of the approach road, it is best adviced to reach there in day light. Best wishes to the team.

This place is in the perfect spot—you get stunning views of the mountains and river, and the sunsets are just magical. The whole vibe is so calming, especially with the sounds of birds all around. I was completely mesmerized. The rooms were clean and well-kept. And Johnny is super helpful and welcoming. Absolutely loved my time here!
